Department Profile

The Department of Business Administration started its journey towards imparting wholesome management education in the year 2006. The department started its functioning with just 9 students and has now grown to 128 students. The main aim of the department is to enrich the knowledge, to create and equip the communication skills, leadership skills, managerial skills and financial skills of the students. To update the knowledge and to have practical exposure of the industry, the department organizes seminars, workshops, conferences, symposiums and industrial visits. Every year, the department arranges for the ‘Live Telecast of Indian Union Budget’ and ‘World Tourism Day Celebration’.  The students undertake a variety of projects which include field survey to enrich their experience and refine their skills in management. The department not only concentrates on the academic excellence but also moulds the students to face the global challenges in the changing business environment.
