Decennial Celebration (2016 – 2017)

Cultural Meet

On behalf of Decennial Celebration Cultural Association organized cultural meet on 29-07-2016 and 30-07-2016. Off stage events rangoli, bride hunt, mehandi, art chef, jewel making, pencil sketch, pot painting and glass painting were conducted on 29th July. On stage events solo song, solo dance, group dance and fashion parade were conducted on 30th July.

Mrs. K. Devika, Principal, Alagappa Montessori School acted as jury for Rangoli event. Art Chef event was judged by Mrs.K.R. Alagammai, Principal, Alagappa Preparatory School. Bride Hunt, Mehandi & Jewel Making events were judged by Beautician Mrs. Latha Ganesan. Mrs. N. Maheswari, Principal, Alagappa Primary School acted as the jury for Pot Painting event. Glass Painting & Pencil Sketch events were judged by Mrs. S. Punithavathi, Art and Craft Teacher, Alagappa Matric Higher Sec School.

Feel the Beat and Make U Move dance events were judged by Mrs. Muthumari Ilanchelian, Dance Teacher. Amazon Parrot song event was judged by Mrs. V. Neelayathakshi, BSNL Retired. Mrs. Gomathi Nachiar, Principal, Dr. Alagappa Academy acted as jury for Fashion Parade event.

All the arrangements were done by cultural coordinator Mrs. M. Janaki, Assistant Professor, Computer Science and the committie members Mrs. P. Rathi Devi, Assistant Professor, Microbiology & CLT, Mrs. S. Tharakai, Assistant Professor, Business Administration, Miss.S.Divya, Lecturer, Mathematics, Mrs. U.S. Kiruthika, Lecturer, Information Technology and Miss.M.R. Nithyakalyani, Lecturer, Computer Science.
