General Microbiology

• Can clearly understand history and classification of bacteria
• The students are getting depth knowledge of various microscopes and their application.

Human Anatomy and Haematology

• Identify the structure and functions of internal organs.

Semester-IV (CBCS)

• Able to understand the function of genes and their regulation

• Acquire depth knowledge on the activation of oncogenes.

• Able to understand the effects of human parasites and their diagnostic methods.
• Able to prevent the parasitic and helminthic infections.
• Acquire depth knowledge on the role of mycotoxins and other fungal toxins.

• Able to perform isolation of nucleic acids and its confirmation by gel electrophoresis

Semester-V (CBCS)

• Acquire information about the concepts of systematic bacteriology and gain knowledge on medically important micro-organisms.
• Attain knowledge of morphology, cultural characteristics, biochemical tests, epidemiology, laboratory diagnosis etc., of pathogenic organisms.
• Understand the concepts involved in the cultivation and diagnosis of viruses.

Diagnostics
